Directions:
1) Cook the pasta according to the box, and empty it into a colander when done.

2) Cut up the celery, green peppers and onion.

3) Sauté the ground beef and drain grease.

4) Add the celery, green pepper and onions for a couple minutes.

5) Chop Dei Fratelli tomatoes and stewed tomatoes in the chopper or blender.

6) Add stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, chili beans and chili powder to the beef and cook for 45 minutes on low heat.

7) Add cooked pasta and serve.

(Can substitute 1 jar tomato juice for the 28 oz can of diced tomatoes, if you don't want to deal with blending the tomatoes. Gives the chili a more soupy consistency, but still delicious.)

Can substitute 1 jar tomato juice for the 28 oz. can of Dei Fratelli tomatoes, if you don't want to deal with blending the tomatoes. Angie makes it that way.)
