2 Lbs. ground beef
2 Tsp liquid smoke
1 C water
¼ Tsp garlic powder
½ Tsp onion powder
1 Tab mustard seed
2 Tab morton's quick-cure tender salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well all ingredients.

Roll desired size in tin foil, shiny side next to meat.

Let set in refrigerator 24 hours.

Prick bottom of each roll with fork and place on broiler pan.

Bake 325º for 1½ hours.

Note:
Can use 1 Tsp of garlic & onion salt instead of powder.
