1 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper (or desired amount)
1 egg white
½ TBS Water
½ TBS Hot Sauce
1 pound pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.
Whisk egg white, water and hot sauce together in a separate bowl until frothy. Toss pecans in the egg white mixture. Mix sugar mixture into pecan mixture until pecans are evenly coated. Spread coated pecans onto a baking sheet.

Bake and stir every 15 minutes until pecans are evenly browned. 1 hour.

The last 15 minutes, you may want to increase the temperature to 350 degrees. You may want to omit the water, and use 1 TBS of hot sauce. This all depends on personal taste.

Spread out on wax paper to cool, and store in zip lock bag.
