1 Lb. ground beef
1 box (13.3 oz.) instant mashed potatoes
C butter
2 Tsp salt
2 C milk
6 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tab minced garlic
5 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 12oz. jar beef gravy

Pre-heat oven to 375

In a large saucepan brown beef over med-high heat, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare potatoes according to pkg directions. Stir in cream cheese, ⅔ C
shredded cheese and garlic, set aside.

Drain meat. Stir in mixed vegetables and gravy.

Pour meat and vegetable mix into 3 Qt. oval baker.

Spread potato mix over the top.

Cover with remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
