6 Tab butter, soft
2¼ C powdered sugar
½ C cocoa powder
¼ C whole milk
½ Tsp apple cider vinegar
red food coloring
1 C milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line 11 x 7" baker with parchment paper, leaving a little to hang over the two long sides.

Place butter in mixing bowl. Blend until light and fluffly.

Blend in powdered sugar and cocoa.

Add in milk, vinegar and a few drops of food coloring. Mix well. Add more food coloring until mixture is dark red. Set aside.

Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted.

Pour melted chocolate into the red mix. Blend until smooth. Spread fudge into your lined baker. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Run a sharp knife around the edges and lift the fudge out using the parchment paper handles.

Remove parchment paper, then cut and serve.
