2 lbs. ground beef (venison or turkey can be substituted
2 (15 ½ oz.) cans pinto beans
2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel (tomatoes and green chilies)
2 (10 ¾ oz.) boxes GF cream of celery soup
4 C. shredded cheese

NOTE: Spiciness can be increased by using hot or medium Ro-Tel or adding jalapeños.

1) Brown ground beef and drain.
2) Drain pinto beans.
3) Mix all ingredients and ½ cheese. Spread in casserole pan.
4) Top with remaining ½ cheese.
5) Bake @ 350ºF for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
6) Serve over cooked rice.
