1 3/4 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 9inch pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingrediants into a mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer till light and fluffy. Pour into 9 in. unbaked pie crust and bake at 350º until knife stuck in middle comes out clean.
