Ingredients:
3-4 ripe avocado's
3-4 Scant tbsp of mayonnaise
½ tbsp of lemon juice
2-3 tsp of garlic salt

Bag of your favorite chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pit 3-4 ripe, medium sized peeled avocados and put in your food processor, blend until smooth. Add 1 scant tablespoon of mayonnaise per avocado, ½ teaspoon
of lemon juice, and 2-3 teaspoons of garlic salt. (The garlic salt will get stronger as it marinates but don't skimp on it.) Blend the seasonings in to avocado mixture. Place the mixture in a bowl that you can seal with a lid as it will darken. You can put an avocado pit in the dip and that will help to keep it from darkening too fast. (If it darkens, just stir it well and it will be fine.)

Serve with potato chips, crackers, etc.

Personal Notes:
I have never measured anything in this recipe so I am guessing at the measurements. I always just taste as I go, I think these are pretty close measurements.
