Easy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

1 bag Tater Tots
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
2 cups mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/4 t garlic powder
1 t dry mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain fat.
In a bowl, mix together soup, milk, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place half the tater tots in a greased 4 quart crock pot.
Layer beef, mixed vegetables, remaining tater tots and finally the cheese.
Pour sauce over top, add a little more cheese, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low 7 hours till heated through.
