8 ounces elbow macaroni
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Place the cooked macaroni in a 3 1/2 quart or larger slow cooker that has been coated with non stick cooking spray. Add the remaining ingredients except 1 cup cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese and then cover and cook on low setting 4 1/2 - 5 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir the mixture until it has finished cooking.
