24 oz. cream cheese, soft
24 oz. sour cream
2 Tab Worchershire sauce
¾ C ketchup
¾ C mayonnaise
1 Tsp hot sauce, optional
1 C shredded mozzarella
2 C shredded cheddar
1½ lbs. ground beef
1 lb. thick-cut bacon
1 C diced onion
2 Tsp minced garlic
1 baguette, sliced

Preheat oven to 350º

Place cream cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise and hot sauce (if desired) in your temptations 3 Qt. oven safe bowl. Whisk to combine. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Set aside.

Place ground beef in a large saute' pan and cook over med-high heat until brown, approximately 8 minutes. Remove from pan and drain. Add to bowl.

Add bacon to saute' pan and cook over med-high heat until crispy, approx. 10 minutes.
Place on paper towels to drain. Reserve 2 Tab of bacon grease in pan.

Saute' onion and garlic in bacon grease for 1 minute.
Add to bowl.

Coarsley chop bacon. Add to bowl and stir everything well.

Bake for 20 minutes, stir and then bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve with a sliced baguette, chips or crackers.
