2 small onions
4 medium baking potatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 celery stalks chopped
1 tsp. garlic
2 c. cooked rice
3/4 lb ground beef
15 oz. can kidney beans
1 c. shredded cheese
few dashes of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Placed sliced onions in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with potato slices. In a mixing bowl, stir together tomato sauce and paste plus a tomato paste can of water. Put have over potatoes/onions. Sprinkle chopped celery on top. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the cooked rice on top. Combine ground beef and kidney beans. Top with remainder of tomato sauce. Top with cheese. Tightly put aluminum foil over it. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serve with cornbread and green beans.
