3 cups of self-rising flour
2 cups of sugar
3 tsp. of pumpkin spice
cup of oil
15 ounce can of canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups of raisins
1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients (oil, eggs, pumpkin). Mix together until moist. Mix in raisins and nuts. Fill muffin tins full. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 400 18-20 minutes.
