In a saute pan, melt 1 stick butter and lemon together. Slowly, add lemon cello.
Add lemon cello to TASTE. Add light cream. Pour the lemon cello sauce on cooked ravioli. Sprinkle with roasted crushed pistachios and shredded prosciutto or pancetta.
