3 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick

1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup shredded cheese
3 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Veggies

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together eggs, milk, bisquick. Stir well. Cook/sautee a little 1-1/2 - 2 cups veggies, mushrooms, squash, spinach, & bacon. Whatever you want. Pour into a well greased deep pie pan. Cook at 350 for 40-45 minutes or till a knife comes out clean.
