1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 stick Butter
1 1/2 cup Long grain rice
Turtle Dove breast Or Chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, butter and 1/2 can of water. Stir.
Put rice into greased casserole pan. Add 3/4 of the soup mixture and mix well.
Place Doves on top. Pour remaining soup over doves. Put in 275º oven for 3 hours.

I think we ate this every Labor Day weekend. It was the obvious choice since it was also the opening of Turtle Dove season. Candied sweet potatoes and peas are a must for sides.
