"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
In medium size mixing bowl combine self-rising flour and powdered sugar. Set aside. In separate bowl combine yogurt and egg and mix well. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and blend. When combined use fingers to start kneading in bowl. Add 1 T flour at a time if dough is sticky. When done kneading place dough on a piece of parchment paper and roll to approximately 9 X 12 in size. Top dough with several sprays of butter and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon across the top. Roll up length wise and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 11 X 7 pan or round 9" pan and bake in a 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let set for a few minutes when removed from the oven and spread with a light powdered sugar frosting.
