1 Lg. Pkg. Lemon Jello
2 C. Hot Water
2 C. 7-Up
2 Cut Up Bananas
1 C. Small Marshmallows
20 oz. Crushed Pineapple (drain and save juice)

1 Beaten Egg
½ C. Sugar
2 T. flour
Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Add hot water and Jello together, and set aside to cool slightly. Then add 7-Up, and let partly gel. Add bananas, marshmallows, pineapple. Put in greased mold or glass 8x8 pan. Cook beaten egg, sugar, flour and salt over low heat and let cool. Then add ½ of whipped cream or cool whip.

If using mold, unmold then spread with topping, otherwise put topping over Jello in pan.
