2-3 Hard Boiled Eggs
4-5 Slices Bacon
1 Bunch Leaf Lettuce
Chopped Onion (or to taste)
Sugar (same amount as vinegar, maybe slightly less)
Cider Vinegar (same amount as bacon fat after frying bacon)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and crumble, then set aside. Cut up hard boiled eggs in large pieces and set aside. While bacon frying tear up lettuce and put in large bowl, add chopped onion. Add to bacon grease in skillet the sugar and vinegar, and over low heat stir until sugar dissolves.

Pour hot dressing over lettuce, add egg and bacon and toss.
Eat and enjoy!
