2 & 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 & 1/2 c. white sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend dry ingredients together then roll and put on pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
