2 cups brown sugar
1 cup melted margarine
½ cup light corn syrup
1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
7 quarts popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together, stirring occasionally the first 4 ingredients. Add the baking soda and vanilla.

Put 7 quarts of popped corn into a large shallow pan and drizzle the mixture over the pop corn. Bake at 200º for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes to evenly coat the pop corn with the caramel mixture. Cool after baking and store in an air tight container
