1/2 cp butter
1/2 cp vegetable oil
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 cp powdered sugar
1 egg
2 cp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, oil, sugar, powdered sugar, and egg.

Add vanilla

Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Add to mixture and combine thoroughly

Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.

To make rolled cookies for decorating. Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll out to 1/4 thick and cut with cookie cutters.

Bake at 350º for 8 minutes
