Fruit Pizza Recipe

1 roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 large container Cool Whip
Fruit (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, bananas, blueberries)
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 cp orange juice
1/2 cp water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Thin slice refrigerated sugar cookie dough and use to line round pizza pan so cookies are touching. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.

Slice fruit and arrange on top of pizza.

Boil and stir sugar, orange juice, water. Add cornstarch and salt. Boil until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Cool completely and then spoon orange juice mixture over pizza. Refrigerate.
