¾ cup crisco or butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas mashed
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour

Glaze
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp canned evaporated milk
4 Tbsp butter
1 heaping cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients making sure to incorporate the bananas. Place spoonful of dough on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-14 minutes.

Mix up the glaze ingredients while the cookies cool a bit then spoon the glaze over the warm cookies.

My good friend turned us onto these and they are perfect when you have over ripe bananas and they are soooo good. They are more like a banana bread cookie with glaze. They never last long at our house.
