2 cups cooked cut up chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 tubes Ritz crackers
1 cube margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan. Toss together the crumbled Ritz crackers with margarine and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
