1 1/2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 t vanilla
3/4 c sour cream
1 c mini chocolate chips

Crumb topping:
1/2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
6 T cold butter, sliced into small pieces
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8 x 4 loaf pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In mixing bowl combine sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream. Add dry mixture and stir. Add chocolate chips.
Crumb topping:
Place flour, brown sugar, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Use fork to combine. Make sure it is well combined and crumbly.
Transfer batter to loaf pan and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake for 50-65 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Allow to cool. Lift foil edges from pan and transfer to platter. Dust with powdered sugar.
