1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter, room temperature
1 chopped green onion
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp hot sauce
1 oz sliced almonds
1 Tbsp snipped parsley

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except the almonds and parsley.

Using your hands or a spatula thoroughly mix all ingredients forming into a ball.(Tip: Spray your hands and or tools with oil/cooking spray to avoid the cheese sticking to your hands)
Place parsley and almonds on a plate and roll cheese ball in the mixture to coat.
Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.

This is a favorite at Dahl family gatherings and a must every time we visit Stacie and Kyle. Absolutely delicious!

Tip: Use cream cheese in the bricks, do not use whipped cream cheese. Try different flavors of shredded cheese or hot sauces to change up the flavor.
