2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb total)
6 Tbsp hot sauce (I like Franks Red Hot)
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1" chunks
½ cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts in just enough water to cover them for 6-7 minutes.
Shred chicken and place in skillet with hot sauce, heat through.
Add cream cheese and dressing, heat until well blended.
Add half the cheese and stir until melted.
Place in crock pot, sprinkle top with the remaining cheese.
Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sour dough bread pieces.
