i 1/2 lbs chicken breasts in 1" pieces
1/2 c chopped onion
3 T butter
1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
1 c hot water
2 t chicken bouillon granules
1/2 to 1 t ground cumin
2 c half & half cream
2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can 14.75 oz creamed corn
1 4 oz can chopped green chiles, undrained
1/4 to 1 t hot pepper sauce
1 medium tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken and onion in butter until chicken is done. Add garlic, cook one more minute.Add water, bouillon and cumin; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cream, corn, cheese, chiles, and hot sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add tomato before serving. Top with cilantro and/or tortilla strips if you want.
