3-4 lbs. pork shoulder or tenderloin
1 large onion, quartered
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 navel oranges, zested and juiced
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1-2 packages of street taco sized tortillas

Directions:

Cut pork into large 3 inch chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Place pork, citrus juices, garlic, spices, zest (large pinch of each or more if you like), chicken broth, and onion in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until pork is tender. Discard bay leaf. Turn oven on broil. Pull the pork into large chunks and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil 4-5 mins or until crisp. Spoon juices from slow cooker over pork. Toppings: onion, cilantro, sour cream, avocado, cheese, hot sauce, salsa, anything else you like.
