2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
In a large bowl, whisk your dry ingredients. Using a fork, cut in your butter.
Stir in milk until dough pulls off the bowl. Work the dough using flour on a countertop.
Roll dough to 1" thickness.
Using a drinking glass dipped in flour, cut biscuits.
Place on parchment paper and bake for 13-15 minutes or until brown.
