Ingredients:  
1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter into a saucepan at medium heat, add cream and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly.
Stir in parsley and serve.
