2 lbs beef chuck roast
16 oz jar whole pepperoncini with juice (I prefer Mezzatta)
1 pkt dry Italian seasoning (Good Seasons)

Provolone cheese
Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crock pot. Add Italian dry seasoning. Pour pepperoncinis with juice over meat. Cook for 8-10 hours on low until meat easily shreds with fork. Remove the stems from the pepperoncinis and shred meat.

Place on sturdy roll and add provolone cheese on top.

This is a huge hit with teenage boys and girls. The pepperoncinis turn from spicy to sweet as they cook. Easy peasy and super good with coleslaw or side salad and chips and fruit.
