1 lb pkg salad macaroni
2 cups Miracle Whip
1 tsp mustard
3 tsp salt
1 tsp onion salt
4 tsp lemon juice
2 cans tuna fish or tiny shrimp or 1/2 lb fresh shrimp
4 large carrots
1 bunch radish
4 dill pickles
6 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni with minced onion, drain and cool.
Add Miracle Whip, tuna or shrimp, and seasonings. Refrigerate.
Grate carrots, chop radishes, eggs, and pickles.
Add to macaroni.
Refrigerate.

You can omit the tuna or shrimp and I like to add sliced olives and small chunks of cheddar cheese. Mom always made this in the summer time. Best if very well chilled.
