1 head shredded lettuce
4 stalks celery chopped
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 pkg frozen petite peas thawed
4 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 lb crispy bacon crumbled
Shredded swiss cheese
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp curry
1 pint mayonaise

Layer salad ingredients starting with lettuce.
You can omit any ingredients your family doesn't like.
Mix sugar and curry into the mayonnaise. (You can use mayo sour cream)
We leave dressing on the side to be added, you can also thin it with a little milk.

This salad is great in a mason jar with the dressing in a small container on the side. It's a must for us in the summertime.
