1 12 oz bag of cranberries chopped
1 large Gala or Fuji apple chopped
½ red onion chopped fine
½ red pepper chopped fine
3-4 Tbsp cilantro chopped fine
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup applesauce
¾ cup sugar
zest and juice of one lime

Directions:

Chop cranberries, apple, onion, red pepper and cilantro, then add salt.
Mix applesauce, sugar, lime juice, and zest.
Add to the chopped mixture and chill.
Serve with Lemon Lime Tostito Chips
