4 boneless pork lion (thick)
1 small can of sliced pineapple
1 Honeycrisp apple sliced
4 TBSP of Brown sugar
Water
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use a glass baking dish that can hold all 4 pork chops

Lightly Salt and pepper both side of pork chops

On the top of each pork chop add slices pineapple and slices apples add 1 TBSP of brown sugar to each chop

Pour the entire can of pineapple juice into glass baking dish

Add 1 cup of water to dish

Cook 350 for 1 hour
