2 sticks of butter, softened
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cups of flour
1 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. milk

Cream butter, sugars and egg until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well

For best results use a scooper to scoop cookies onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes
