Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 pound pork sausage
1 large onion diced
5 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3T. cumin
3T. chili powder
1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes ( these have great flavor)
2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes
4-5 15oz cans of various beans ( I use black, chili, and kidney) do not drain
1 jar of chili sauce
2T. Country Bobs steak sauce
2T. Worcestershire sauce
3T. Honey
1T. balsamic vinegar
12 oz of Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats and drain

Remove meats and add a few swirls of olive oil, onions and garlic

Sauce those until translucent, add back the meat and the rest of the ingredients.

Simmer it as long as you have. I like to cook this in the am and the turn it back on in the afternoon. You may need to re-season and that is OK. I usually have to add more chili powder and honey. You won't mess it up so don't be scared to add seasoning to taste.

Personal Notes:
We like to serve this with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Even better on day two with baked potatoes or hot dogs. I usually don't like recipes with this many ingredients but this one is worth all the trouble
