Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pound pork sausage 1 large onion diced 5 cloves of garlic chopped 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 3T. cumin 3T. chili powder 1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes ( these have great flavor) 2-14 oz cans of diced tomatoes 4-5 15oz cans of various beans ( I use black, chili, and kidney) do not drain 1 jar of chili sauce 2T. Country Bobs steak sauce 2T. Worcestershire sauce 3T. Honey 1T. balsamic vinegar 12 oz of Chicken stock Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:Brown meats and drain
Remove meats and add a few swirls of olive oil, onions and garlic
Sauce those until translucent, add back the meat and the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer it as long as you have. I like to cook this in the am and the turn it back on in the afternoon. You may need to re-season and that is OK. I usually have to add more chili powder and honey. You won't mess it up so don't be scared to add seasoning to taste. |

Notes: We like to serve this with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Even better on day two with baked potatoes or hot dogs. I usually don't like recipes with this many ingredients but this one is worth all the trouble
