2 14 oz cans salmon, (I leave the bones and stuff in, its edible and adds calcium)
c mayo, (trust me)
- c ritz cracker crumbs, start with c and add until the patties stick together
1 egg
Splash of milk
4 or 5 chopped green onions
tsp garlic powder
tsp onion powder
tsp old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together, and make patties. Fry in a little oil until brown and crunchy on each side.
