Note this recipe is for an air fryer but can be adjusted to the oven.

Spray kale with cooking spray. Air fry kale for 4 minutes at 375 degrees.

Toss with salt and pepper to taste.

Every year Tyler forgets that he likes air fried kale. When we go to plan our garden he asks what I want and I always say....kale. To which he always responds, "What are we going to do with it!?"
