A mix of red leaf and iceberg lettuce
1/2 C of chopped yellow onion
Your favorite olives
6 or 7 T Red wine vinegar
1/4 C Olive oil
S & P

Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce in bite size pieces
and add to a large salad bowl
Add ingredients.
Do not toss until ready to serve.

This recipe is difficult to measure. You would have to taste test each time you make it to get it just right.
A little Parmesan cheese to top it off.
