Ingredients: -2 chicken breasts -½ jar of H.E.B. "Flyin' Saucy Mild wing sauce" (about 6 oz.)** -1 can black beans -1 can of whole kernel sweet corn -6 oz. Greek yogurt plain** -1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning - 1 Avocado (optional) -Cherry tomatoes for topping (optional)

Directions:1. Put chicken in a crockpot and cover with buffalo sauce. 2. Leave in crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred when done cooking. 3. When chicken is almost done cooking, heat up the beans and corn on stove. 4. Mix the Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning to taste to add on top of bowl. 5. Cut up the avocado to put on top. 6. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. 7. Add ingredients to your bowl as you like and enjoy. |

Notes: **The type and amount of buffalo sauce is up to you. This gives it spice without being overwhelming, but is just my preference. **I use Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning as a slightly healthier option to regular ranch which can be used in its place as wanted.
A trick I found for shredding chicken is to use a hand mixer instead of forks. Works very well and efficiently.
