One or two pheasants cut up, fileted the breast into 4 pieces.
2 c. Flour
1 t. Paprika
2 or 3 dashes Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Onion Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and dredge the pheasant in this and brown in a skillet with ½ cup of butter. When browned put in a roaster and cover with thick cream. Put lid on roaster. Bake at 250º for an hour or until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
