1 cup corn syrup
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)
3 eggs slightly beaten
½ tsp vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and peanut butter. pour into pie crust and bake at 400º for 5 min. Then reduce heat to 350º for 30 to 45 min.
