1 lb. ground beef with seasoning of choice (I use Lawry's)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
¼ c. milk
1 c. frozen mixed veggies
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Brown meat with seasoning in large skillet. Drain. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Mix soup and milk until well blended; pour over meat. Layer veggies next; then shredded cheese. Top it off with tater tots.
4. Bake 45 minutes or until tots are golden brown and slightly crispy.

Our neighbor, Jennifer Denison would make this for the kids as an easy, pop in the oven meal. I made this recently for just Andrew and I and we still loved it!
