2 cups cooked cut up chicken or turkey
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup small green grapes (have used red grapes)
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1-1/4 cup real mayonaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
combine chicken, celery, grapes and slivered almonds. combine mayonaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. fold in chicken mixture. refrigerate, covered.

tastes best after refrigerated a couple of hours, so all seasoning is blended in.
