1 bag shredded hash browns (30-32 oz.)
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
bacon, shredded cheese, soup cream for top


Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, broth and cream of chicken soup in a slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low unto bubbly, 2-3 hours. Season to taste and add cream cheese. Continue to cook for about 45 minutes. Mix well.
To service top with crispy bacon, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, etc.
