3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
additional milk

In a mixing bowl, combine first eight ingredients
Spoon into a greased 9 in. baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 -45 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
Yield: about 9 servings
