6 Kaiser Rolls
softened butter
1 T. chopped uncooked bacon
2 T. chopped onion
6 T. canned sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. parsley
18 thin slices Canadian Bacon
6 thin slices swiss cheese
6 thin slices green pepper rings

Directions:
Directions:
Split and butter rolls. Sauté combined bacon, onion,mushrooms and parsley for about 5 minutes. Arrange 3 slices of Canadian Bacon on bottom of roll and top with mushroom mixture and 1 slice cheese. Place 1 pepper ring on top of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. In oven broil the sandwiches about 6 inches from broiler for 3-5 minutes. Serve open faced.
